Rental Information
The Midlothian Park District encourages its residents and community groups to take advantage of our facilities by renting out the ARC's Multipurpose Rooms. Rooms may be rented for parties or meetings. Book your function early, time fills up quickly!

The following rules apply to all rentals:

• All rentals are made on a first come, first served basis

• You may inquire about date availability over the phone, but no dates will be booked until a security deposit is received

• Rentals include the use of tables and chairs. It does not include tablecloths or kitchen utensils

• No outside alcohol is allowed

• Smoking is not permitted in any Midlothian Park District Facilities

• $100/$250 deposit to hold date

• Includes Coffee Pot, Microwave & WiFi

• 5 hour maximum rental

• Each room holds 40 people or you can rent both rooms and accommodate 90 people
